The Meals on Wheels programme delivers nutritious and delicious meals to members of the community who are unable to prepare their own food. Meals on Wheels helps people continue living independently while maintaining a healthy diet. We serve physically challenged, house bound individuals, such as elderly individuals, individuals recuperating after a recent hospitalization, or individuals with disabilities confining them to a wheelchair. Our drivers – including volunteer drivers from partner organisations such as the Rotary Club of Barbados – deliver hot, nutritious meals five days a week to up to 100 persons.
